Participants set out on a 5.5-hour jeep excursion through the Madonie mountains, traveling along both off-road tracks and mountain roads. The journey includes guided walks in the medieval village of Pollina, perched at around 1000 meters, with a visit to its pink Greek-style theater and panoramic views over Madonie Park and the Aeolian Islands. Continuing through Val Demone’s canyons and ancient olive groves, the route leads to Castelbuono for a tasting of Fiasconaro panettone and a village tour, plus either a Sicilian street-food lunch or a picnic near Pizzo Carbonara, before returning to Cefalù via the vineyards of Santanastasia Abbey.

Fantastic jeep adventure between history and culture Madonita through mixed off-road routes and mountain roads, we will visit the village of Pollina and Castelbuono.We will cross the park admiring wild animals and breathtaking landscapes in the wildest Sicily.
Arrive at the village of Pollina perched on a rocky mountain at about 1000m, we will take a nice walk through its small and ancient medieval streets to get to the pink theater of Greek reproduction.From here you can enjoy a unique view of the Madonie Park and the Aeolian Islands.Our adventure continues, on off-road routes, in the direction of the canyons of Val Demone among ancient olive trees to reach the village of Castelbuono where we will have a small tasting of Fiasconaro panettone and tour inside the village with Sicilian street-food lunch or picnic in the woods at the foot of Pizzo Carbonara.
